Testimonials
“Our family met Josh and Tim when our kiddo was sent for a psych evaluation. We knew immediately, on meeting them, that they both had a personality and approach that would reach our kiddos who had been diagnosed with severe psychiatric needs and co-morbid mental health crises. Not only did they effectively communicate with our children, they brought an expertise in med management that we had been unable to find with any other provider. Their holistic care literally saved our family.”
- Paul Virtue
“I have been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years and have extensive experience working in Mental Health as well as with children and adults with Developmental Disabilities. My experience with Josh began during a time of turmoil for my medically fragile, foster son. Medications had previously been mismanaged and input from home was not being considered. Josh agreed to take over the care of my foster son. After closely analyzing patient history and genetic testing, considering reports from home and school, and meeting with the patient and our foster family, Josh slowly and carefully made evidenced-based medication changes and home care recommendations. My foster son immediately and continually made significant improvement. Behaviors and anxiety lessened in frequency and severity; show of positive emotion increased; use of sign language, eye contact, and attempts to communicate all improved. Josh’s combined kindness, professionalism, and innovative treatment changed our lives."
- Susan Garson MSN, RN, CLNC
"Our family absolutely loves Josh Sizemore! He has treated my children for several years and we are so thankful for the thoughtful and insightful ways Josh has not only managed the children's medications, but treated the children - and family as a whole. Josh spent his time getting to know the family history and current dynamics, working with the children individually and collectively, and reaching out to others on the children's medical teams, which led his diagnostics and treatment methods into a balanced and successful therapy."
- Erica Fay
“Josh was the best PMHNP I have ever been to for my kids (and we have been to a few)! He listened to my concerns as a mom and worked with me to form the best plans for my kids with ADHD. He identified a great need in one of my kids that other practitioners never noticed. I am forever grateful for Josh and if it wasn’t for an overseas move for our family, we would still be seeing him regularly. I highly recommend him!”
